    hormones in food

In a bodybuilding context, would the amount of growth hormones found in things like fast food and milk be enough to be beneficial for growth? Or would gains be better if you ate just clean?

"Insulin-like growth factor (IGF-I) in humans and cows are identical. Like a key fitting into a lock, this hormone is a perfect match between two species of animal and exerts powerful growth effects. IGF-I is the most powerful growth hormone in the human body. Every sip of milk and every bite of cheese contains IGF-I. "

The hormones injected into animals are to make them grow bigger to increase profits, when you buy and eat that it makes you fat. For milk you should buy organic (no homones added) and that has not been homogonized (cream floats to top).

More people die and get sick from bacteria/viruses then from any hormones/additives.
