On a cut at 180lbs or so with little or no cardio I would run them at 200-300 total for the day...I would mix that ratio up during the week.

I eat carbs before bed but keep it to 50g or so. I think Jodi said it was ok to eat carbs at night as long as they are good carbs and in moderation.

Too many factors to just answer it with a straight number per meal.

I usually eat a hefty amount in the morning, then a fair amount immediently after WO, then my next meal contains the largest amount of carbs, then I taper off the next meal, then none for the last two meals.

I'm gonna use a carb cut off point. 3 hours before bed. Aim for 250 carbs a day, all with a GI lower than 50.
