    Approximate Dieting

OKay you guys probaby wont like this but I was wondering how i can approximate my caloric intake for the day. I was thinking just in terms of how hungry I feel. ie/ if you are cutting you should eat often but still be a little hungry after you eat?

This is waht i picture i was wondering if im right

cutting - eat often, but not full after meals.. .a little hungry all day

maintaining - eat often, full after meals... only hungy before meals

bulking - eat often feel full all day

and where does clean bulking fit into this?

Thanks this is for those crazy days when I dont get to eat awesome stuff.

Buy a postal scale and weigh your food. Much easier than approximating it.
