Looks ok, the only thing is you eat 3 bananas a day....you might throw in an apple or some other fruit and remove a banana in one meal. Also try eating a sweet potato to replace the white potatos.
Protien Shake + Skimmed Milk - 207 Calories
Banana - 12 Calories
2 Whole Eggs - 156 Calories Carbs?Stick to complex e.g Sweet potato,Brown rice or Pasta,Drop the Banna and add broccoli EFA's?
Meal 3 (12:30am)
Chicken Breast (71g) - 78 Calories
Baked White Potato With Cottage Cheese (226g) - 278 + 163 = 441 Calories
Salad (Cherry Tomatoes, Lettuce) - 39 Calories
2 Whole Eggs - 156 Calories Drop the 2 whole eggs or at least the yokes you already have protein from chicken breast, replace white potato with sweet potato, brown pasta/rice EFA's?
Meal 4 (3:45am)
2 Tin Tuna in Water - 382 Calories
Baked Potato With Cottage Cheese (226g) - 441 Calories
1 Apple - 110 Calories I would replace Baked potato with other complex carb named above and drop cottage cheese you already have way above enough protein from the two tins of Tuna, add some veggies such as broccoli
Meal 5 (7:15 - 7:30am)
Cottage Cheese +
Wholemeal Bread Sandwich +
Vegatables (Lettuce, Tomatoes) +
Banana = All Together As Sandwich = 415 Calories
Don't like this meal at all a few suggestions
6 egg whites and Broccoli
Tuna with Broccoli
I would increase amount of meals too 6 if possible and aim to cut off carbs from 6pm onwards unless for example your workout is at 6-7pm you can have carbs after to replace glycogen stores
Thank you For your observations... iv started this idet today and used everything iv been told :P
I would really like to have 6 meals a day ut i work long hours and getting time to eat them is a realy hard job... im a busy man usually... most of the time if im not working il be doing some other activity, Pus! i work nights to which doesnt help my eating habits, just makes them more complicated lol
But everything that has been said has come into consideration and now im thinkin positive to really get my body back in shape!
