hey everybody let say need about 3,200 calories to maintain my weight and i want to go on a cut, do i need to include exercise in my 3,200 calories and just eat 3,200 whlie doing weight lifting 3 times a week and cardio 5 times a weeek. Or should i do a reduction of 3200 calories by exercise and food that will give me 2700 calories a day on a cut?![]()
reduce calories by 100-200 at first and do cardio as well
