o i forgot my stats = ~ 165 lbs / 20 yrs old / been cutting since april-may lost much bf% /weight training = 3-4 days per week / cardio = 4-5 per week/endo

i am around 14% bf% now maybe less ....i'm travelling at next thursday and probably i'll go to the beach....so i made a big refeed day today and i'm gonna follow it with 4-5 nocarb days.....my carb intake along the last month was 25% (~120-130 grams per day) .....how could i nocarb for the next coming days????? how many grams of carbs shall i eat...??

i stopped creatine mono also for this week.....
i'd say between 3-4 reduced carbs then a big refeed on the 4-5th day
