Fat in cheat meal
Heya
I already have a good metabolism and i am below 8 % of fat and I do cheat every sunday (following a low calorie week).im cutting.maintaining during summer....... i like testing with my self... i switched my cheat day - to cheat meal.... i had 8 ice creams , 4 pitta pork-kebabs , 2 packet of frosties last sunday ....Ok this meal had lot of carbs and fats........and sodium. Although I would like to ask how much fat can be absorbed in a meal where carbohydrates are low like 20-30 gram....but fat can be up to 100-200 grams in one meal.(believe me )...how much fat can a human body absorb? all of it? bah what are the benefits of such a high fat meal? testosterone? one benefit i can think of its the limited water retention compared to high carbs meals like pizzas etc....... note: i follow a medium carb/protein / low fat until sunday..... |

I dont think you can absorb all the fat. I actually have heard that only 30-40 percent of what we eat is absorbed the rest just is just waste matter. High sodium usually means water retention.
