Anyone?
Basically i know this woman who is about 80 she is very nice and helps EVERYONE out i want to help her
Basically she is loosing weight and can't put it on,it has got so bad her false teeth don't stay in as well(anyone laughs i'll put you in a coma)
Basically i am thinking could i follow the rules that i use when bulking, but try and keep cholestrol low etc as it can be bad for a woman of her age
I am thinking eating every 2-3 hours, plenty of fish, chicken veggies and complex carbs, should i get her eating carbs later in the evening too gain weight?
I AM gonna do this for HER.
Lets have some suggestions guys

no doctor ?? i think a doctor would help her more...i don't know is omebody here could help you with that....but maybe..

I just want to know, is her skin starting to turn yellow? Or her eyes not a healthy white? Insides of her ears and such? Cuz I had a aunt who started losing lots of weight and it turned out she had liver failure, and those are some signs of liver failure. She should go to the doctor and get diagnosed bro. I wish her all the best luck, people always say old people don't matter, or at least think who cares, but I respect them more than I respect people my own age. I hope it's not liver, but inability to gain weight could be liver.
thats a really great thing youre doing bro.. sorry I don't have anything to help.. I wish I did

would spiking insulin at night work in a similar way to gain weight?

if you are bulking and you are an ecto , the answer is yes....it's a good idea
I would seiously get a qualified opinion before I recommended anything to this lady. Your good intentions could end up making things worse.
There aint too many people in this forum that specialize in geriatrics from what I have seen.

look my friend .... i won't give you an advice that could harm another person if it was wrong.......we may share advice for bodybuilding stuff and sports and athleec info ... but for serious case i'd recommend that you take a doctor's or a specialist's advice......
I agree that she needs to get checked out with her doctor however good nutrition is not going to harm her - only help her. Therefore I'd recommend eating every 2 hours and make sure she gets lots of protein & complex carbs, as well as supplementing with essential fats. You could even recommend a good meal replacement to her which would be easily digestible.

lots of vegetables and beans and fruits and whole grains and dairy products ......... that's the key for any body to be healthy .... but the doctor is essential...
