    drinking to much water bad?

    is drinking to much water bad? i drink around 2 and 1/2 gallons of water a day.

    cause i read somewhere that it flushes out all the minerals if u drink too much...

    I've never read anything about that, hmmm good question. I know if you drink too much water, but just plain water, without sodium, you could dilute your body's sodium levels and litterally drink yourself to death. Water comes naturally with sodium and other things in it, so drinking water keeps you hydrated but doesn't replace what you lose. Of course, don't drink gatorade if you're looking to cut.

    2 1/2 gallons may or may not be too much. It depends on how much you sweat.

    You are not drinking too much water. However, anyone that drinks more than 6L a day should take an extra multi-mineral in the evening. I drink close to 2 gallons a day and if I miss my extra multi, I get depletion headaches.

    when I was sodium loading and taking in 8 billion gallons of water omifriggin god was I making a peepee every half hour.
