Looks good but I'd add some a little more fruits and vegtalbes. I see you've got V8 but that stuff doesnt have the fiber I don't think. Also meal 5 of just avacadoes and salad seems a bit strange. If I were you I'd just eat that salad with a meal and for a late night snack just eat almonds and a few berries or a little milk or somthing. I'd also get rid of those protien bars or at least cut it down to at least one because it's highly processed.
    Good Day

I'd add some protein in the last meal.

Im surprised no said anything about the bacon, you could drop that and add some more egg whites with a yolk or two instead

3 pieces Center Cut Bacon Ditch this
    1CUP Oatmeal Fine
4 Egg Whites I'd go with 6-7 whites and 1 whole egg at your weight
Orange Juice 2 cups Ditch this, too much sugar

    meal2
2x protein bar If this is post workout, get rid of the bars and get some whey instead
2x Fish Oil If postworkout, get rid of this and put it in later on
1 can of v8 juice I would limit this

    meal3
    1CUP RICE Brown rice
    Rotiserrie Chicken No skin

    meal4
2x Fish Oil 3x fish oil
    Beans or Sweet Potato Fine
    Fish Salmon or tuna

    meal5
    1 Avocado Good
Add some cottage cheese in here (1 cup)
    Salad Good
    3xfish oil
Comments in bold... didn't have much to work with to begin with. You need to eat more. 6 meals is good, and limit liquid meals
