    Caffiene issue?

I don't understand this usually friday I take caffiene as soon as I wake up (not alot) but I rarely take it so im really sensitve. I have a great workout and I feel great all day. I drink tons of water to make up for it too, probally close to 2 gallons.

The next day after a good long rest, i wake up feeling crappy. Happens EVERY TIME.

Anyone know why? I mean I kinda wake up with a hangover but not...Almost feels like a mild hangover. The thing is all day yesterday long after my work out (8 hours after caffiene) I was pissing pure clear, so I'm definitely hydrated.

    Any ideas?

I think I have a very rare sensitivity, which is kinda cool.

I can drink a cup of coffee at 9am, and be still amped up on a caffiene buzz at 9pm that same day.

No way that's possible. That's like saying a lightweight could have a couple beers in the morning and still be drunk 12 hours later...
