    Eating right on the run...

I'm getting my a$$ on here again to get better. My diet has been decent but not where I want it. My problem is at work I'm on the road all day. Somedays I have access to a microwave and sometimes I don't. I need meal ideas to get me through the day. I'm at work from 06:15-16:15 (10 Hr. Days.)
Any help will be greatly appriciated!!

Buy a cool bag and make some salads with green veggies, lean meat/chicken/tuna, and/ or some fruit.
