    food for work

i was thinking about taking a shake right in the middle of work as a quick meal but am not sure as what to put in it to make the calories around 600 or so....

i just got a new job where i am going to be working from 8:30 to around 2 or 2:30 so i figure if i can get a quick shake down around 11 or so and eat right before and right after work they will be spaced out just about 3 hours apart....

just curious about a good shake or quick food to get down during work.

    thanks.

well you could use milk instead of water to add some calories.. eat a piece of fruit with it, teaspoon of flax oil, some oatmeal, etc
