    how many eggs would it take..

    to get 1.5 cups of egg whites.. im currently looking into eggbeaters but in the meanwhile

    how many eggs would it take?

    im talking average - large eggs

    get some eggs. and a half cup measurement. how many egg whites fill that half cup? multiply by 3

    Throwing away yolk should be a crime. I bet i wouldn't be half as big as i am now without the yolk.

    hah yeah its like a whole dozen.. fuck that

    the only reason i asked was because i looked on calorieking.com while trying to figure out my meals and it said that 1.5 cups of egg whites = 50 grams of protein..

    wayy too many eggs for my liking

    If you buy the 4 packs at Costco or Sam's, they actually end up being cheaper than the normal price on eggs, at least in STL. If you use 1/2 a container for breakfast vs 8 whites, you come out ahead.

    yeah def. sounds better than taking out all the yolks and making a huge mess
