    Eating for mass

For muscle mass for the quads, glutes, and hamstrings is alright just to eat a hell alot of protein or do u have to eat efas as well. For muscle mass in general, can u just eat protein or is it mandatory to add EFAs in ur diet along with protein?

o ok my bad, EFAs are for hormonal production for increasing muscle size and strength. So aside from muscle mass, when strength training (with low 1-5 reps) can eating alot of EFAs get your strength up faster?
