    Critique Diet please

    Supplements :
    Centrum Multivitamin
    5 g creatine post workout

    Meal 1
    4 egg whites, 1 yolk
    2 slices wheat toast
    1 cup Orange Juice

Meal 2 ( usually post workout, depending on the time I go to gym)
    1 serving Muscle Milk Powder
    2 Cups 2% Milk
    1 serving White Rice

    Meal 3
    2, 3 oz. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 serving Brown Rice

    Meal 4
1 can tuna ( I've never had tuna before so wish me luck with trying to stomach it! )
    2 slices wheat
salad of some sort..with flax seeds sprinkled and olive oil dressing

    Meal 5 ( Before Bed )
    1 serving Muscle Milk Powder
    2 Cups 2% Milk

    Macros : 2805 cals/200 protein/184 carbs/62 fat

personally I think it's a good diet me being at 130 lbs the only thing is that most of my fats aren't from EFA's and I need a few more servings of veggies , but my goals for the day according to the stickeys were

    1950 - 2340 cals
    195g - 234g protein
    195g - 234g carbs
    43g - 52g fat

so I think I did pretty good planning the diet out..

this is my first actually strict diet so don't be too harsh

    haha thanks

A few more servings of veggies you have none in there. (oh sorry some salad)
    No fruits.
Crappy Fats from the Muscle Milk. and Milk.

    2, 3 oz. Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 serving Brown Riceadd vegetables or replace rice with beans and vegetables add olive oil & fish oil

    Meal 4

i dunno where youre seeing my bad choice of carbs is coming from, most of the carbs come from wheat bread ( i think thats considered whole grain bread but correct me if im wrong), and brown rice

the white rice is there just for pwo to spike insulin levels

should i cut back the muscle milk to only one serving a day?

Yeah Bread for the most part is a weak carb choice. To overprocessed. However if you don't have a problem with it. Eat away

yeah drop muscle milk from your last meal and put cottage cheese ,casein protein powder ... to be digested slowly ....muscle milk is good for bulking .... i think it's good for hard gainers ..... maybe you'll have to replace your post work out shake with regular whey protein (example:100% whey from optimum nutrition) but if you already have it it's ok .....

    a table spoon of honey may contain ~ 17 grams of carbs ... www.fitday.com / www.nutridiary.com / www.sparkpeople.com

use any of those sites to calculate your macros if you don't use any already .......

whole wheat bread is ok but as inside said it's more processed than other whole grains... but you should always vary your sources to get your optimum needs of nutrients ,vitamins and minerals...oats are nearly the best source of carbs (very low gi and lot of fiber) .....
