    Red Meat

    ok guys i know that tuna and chicken are really the way to go but i am craving a steak right about now. What is one of the leaner cuts of beef i can get at the market?

    flank always seems so tender. Either im better on the grill than i thought or there is some decent fat in there.

    no flank is one of the leanest cuts. It either needs to be marinated the shit out off. Or slow cooked.

    The less marbled (less fat) the leaner it is.
