    Cravings for pizza

Guys, I haven't ate the stuff since...hell..February of this year! I wanted to have some for lunch 2morrow because i'm just tired of the chicken breast/spinach combo I have daily..

I wanted 2 personal pan supreme's (small personal pans I said, not whole pizzas)

WIll this destroy my diet? I mean, I'm eating it during lunch, not late in the day, and I'm still working out intensely.

I concur. Not eating it may do more damage to you mentally than eating will physically.

And of course have the beer. There's protien in there, you know...

I buy whole-wheat french bread and slice it, put mozzarella & ff cheddar and organic tomato sauce and then put tons of veggies and some marinated chicken on it - damn tastes better than pizza without all the badness!

Try to have it as your post-workout meal.

    I love pizza too.

I try to minimise the bad stuff by ordering the following:

    thin crust
    little cheese
no salami/ham - only chicken or beef instead (pretty lean at my pizza place)
plenty of veg with olives & anchovies (EFA's)
    little chilli powder

Not a bad cheat meal IMO and it tastes great. Definitely best to have post workout.

I usually have a pizza like food once every 1 or 2 weeks. The next day I weigh a little more because of the carb loading, but it goes away.

When I'm not trying to lose weight, I'll usually have pizza or another type of cheat meal once a week. I've been a little too leniant (sp?) with that lately though...
