tuna

I've been eating alot of Tuna lately. The high protien ratio is why. But I know there is a also a high volume of sodium. So, does anybody have an opinion on tuna, eat it or skip it and find something else.

You can rinse the tuna in a strainer and wash out some of the salt.

Most health food stores sell low sodium tuna too

yea but that stuff is a little more expensive. Drain it.



Eat well, train daily, die anyway.
