    Honestly, can I really bulk w/o gaining fat?

    I want some people to comment in here. The people I'm arguing with don't know what the proper definition of maintenance calories is.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Haha. It's pretty simply, Mike just has a totally off definition of maintenance caloric intake he is using. I don't know where he got it, but he is so sure that it's right when everyone else in the thread is using a different definition.

    The only problem is the terms have more than one meaning.....if you say bulk you will get 3-4 definitions of what it is. I see a bulk as a quick weight gain diet that will give yiou fat and muscle gain.....and most people see the term this way in the BB world.

    That's why I use the term clean bulk to differentiate.
