    What can i add to Protein Shake?

    Just bought the Optimum Nutrition powder. What can i add to it to increase the calories besides milk?

    If you have a blender and depending on the flavour add some fruit, bananas, apples, oranges etc.

    you can even blend in some extra virgin olive oil if you need more fats.

    thanks for all the suggestions....................i just tried oats...i put about a cup and a half......i think that was too much because i am damn near chewing instead of drinking the shake

    i put this in mine:

    2scoops of whey
    2 cups of 2%milk
    1 low fat yogurt
    1 banana
    2tbl spoons of PB
    1tbl spoon of honey
    and 1 cup of oats

    Sometimes I put sugar-free, fat-free instant pudding in mine along w/the peanut butter.. yum!
