Have I been on this diet for too long?

I have been doing the Anabolic diet for about three months now. I have gotten results I have gotten cut lost 21lbs or more maybe. my Body fat is 18% but I feel like there has to be something better. I work out everyday for over an hour I do cardio.

I feel like my summer wasn't what I wanted I wanted to get to 11% body fat. Should I switch diets or what? I need help guys

I really want that cut look, and I know my body type makes it harder but I want to get my body fat low so I can do a clean bulk. It has taken me many trials and errors and I finally think I have gotten to the point where I will be able to build on a solid foundation just need to get cut !! lol

What's the anabolic diet? I just started TwinPeak's carb cycling, but 21lbs in 3 months sounds promising. Did you retain most of your muscle?

It's kind of like the atkins diet. HIGH PROTEINS AND HIGH FATS AND NO CARBS for 5-6 days and then you carb load for 24-36 hrs with little or no fat.

Poster just keep doing what you have. You didn't get fat overnight and it's going to take time to get the B/f down where you want it.

Ok thanks, and yep you're right, weight takes time to drop, 7lbs average a month doesn't seem like alot, but that's 1.5 - 2lbs a week. Which is about as fast as you want to lose without otherwise risking losing muscle. The first time I lost weight I did Atkins and I wasn't exercising because I didn't HAVE to, and I ended up also creating a large deficit in my calories intake as well and I ended up retaining about 20lbs of fat around my lower belly and losing ALOT of muscle. Sucks for me! GOOD LUCK!
