cutting + milk
Hey im on a cutting routine but i tend to drink a lot of milk. It is high in sugar but also high in protien. should I ditch my milk? Also i tend to drink it 1L per day.. all at once is that bad.. it works out to about 500 calorie meal

If you are still making progress then I see no problem. Once you begin to stall in progress then you may want to look at it.

How much milk are you talking about because it WILL have negative effects on your cut.

I drink 1 litre (is like 2/3 of a gallon) everyday.
You say it WILL have a negative effects so I will avoid drinking to oomuch while i cut. THANKS! |

Yeah, you should still have some dairy but not as much as you are drinking.

I wouldn't worry about the fat, it's the carbs.
