I'm a making a meal plan to cut and it will look something like this.
Meal 1
Oatmeal
Egg Whites
Banana
Meal 2
Chicken
Pasta
Apple
Meal 3
Chicken
Potatoes
Asparagus
Meal 4
Whey Protein
Oatmeal
Milk
Meal 5
Fish
Brown Rice
Green Beans
Meal 6
Tuna
Whole Grain Bread
Salsa
I still have to work out all the exact amounts for each meal, but I have some questions.
1. I have fish oil and flax oil gel caps. If after I do my calculations and I dont have quite enough grams from fat, can I just take the gel caps with a few meals to balance this out?
2. If I am only gonna drink 250ml of milk per day is it okay if its 2%? I know skim milk is better because of the fat ratio, but would one glass of 2% really be so bad?
3. Should I drop calories every week as I begin to loose weight and keep doing that until I reach my goal or should I zig-zag? Is zig-zagging more effective? If I do zig-zag how many consecutive days do I eat less cals and then how many days do I bump the cals?
Throw a tablespoon of olive oil on a salad or mixed into a meal. Have a half avocado (mix it into salsa...it's good). Handful of almonds, walnuts, pecans etc.... Sprinkle sunflower seeds on a salad or meal. Have fatty fish occasionally (like salmon)....things like that.

Not really recommended for a cut. You aren't getting enough veggies either.

I read that book "burn the fat, fuel the muscle" and according to some people on here it has good information. Well anyways whole grain bread and whole grain pasta is on the list of foods that is okay to eat.

For cutting it's best to keep your carbs in the low range of the GI. Under 50 works best....

Sure you can still cut because at the end of the day it's all about cal in - cal out but when someone says they are cutting, that means strict diet and no pasta and bread is not recommended for cutting. Your diets will help you lose fat at a slow pace so if that's what you want then it works.

Eat carbs, but stick to low GI foods. The GI of pasta and bread will murder your diet.
