If ur training for muscle, really good snacks would be peanuts, cottage cheese, sunflower or flax seeds, and more but i cant really recall. Usually for a nice mass diet, i go to subway and pay for double meat for an extra buck for more protein. Its full of protein and has a great amount of good carbs.
