How Bad Is Oj?
Hey,
I'm cutting at the mo. I usually have 3 glasses of OJ a day - really to help down some gross tasting supplements (smart drugs - not workout...) Just how significant is that? I know its pretty high in sugar. Thanks! |

He's pretty bad, he murdered his wife, and got away with it.
All jokes aside, I think it should be used to spike insulin PWO. |

Agreed, nothing is wrong with fresh juice at the right time of day. It still has living enzymes, no added sugar, natural (not synthetically added) vitamins, and tastes better.
