How Bad Is Oj?

Hey,

I'm cutting at the mo.

I usually have 3 glasses of OJ a day - really to help down some gross tasting supplements (smart drugs - not workout...)

Just how significant is that? I know its pretty high in sugar.

Thanks!

He's pretty bad, he murdered his wife, and got away with it.

All jokes aside, I think it should be used to spike insulin PWO.

I'll add to that, high frucose corn syrup- worse than sugar. OJ also has preservatives in it which is obviously bad.

Make your juice fresh.

Good Day

Agreed, nothing is wrong with fresh juice at the right time of day. It still has living enzymes, no added sugar, natural (not synthetically added) vitamins, and tastes better.

Oh yeah, almost forgot to mention that things like OJ are pasturized which means its boiled and the living enzymes and life force are gone.

Good Day
