I weighed myself this morning @ 135lbs, so if I am to have 1g of protein per lb of body weight that works out at 135gs of protein which works out @ 22g per meal.
Carbs 2g of carbs per lb of body weight so that works out at 370g, divide that by 6 meals a day workout at 44g of carbs per meal.
Worked it out on fitday, no wonder I have been feeling bloated, I adjust what I eat, and it came to just over 2600 cals, will that be enough for a skinny guys bulk?

44x6= 264...that seems low to me. Bump it up to 50g then see how you feel....you might need to change the diet every week or so till you get the numbers right.Originally Posted by leg_press

yeah I'll try with 50g and see what happens, and if I gain weight I have to adjust etc lol
