ok so P-Funk told me that i shouldnt worry about cardio just yet. i should be eating calories under maintenace. so if my maintenace is 2500calories how far below should i eat? or should i start at 2500 then weekly or every 2 weeks drop 200-300cals?

Start at 200-300 cals below maintenance. If you are not steadily losing after 2 weeks, then cut it back some more.Originally Posted by kenwood
