    Lunch

    Today for lunch i had a 12in turkey sandwich with extra meat pickels, peppers,onions,tomatoes,and iceburg lettice on a wheat roll with 3/4 cup of mixed fruit with no added sugar

    is that an ok lunch

    NO it was from this deli by my work and they are known for having pretty healthy food

    Sure as hell it's not the best, but your bulking and your only 17 so I hardly think it's going to neglect your body comp too much! Man, its only 1 meal don't worry about it just eat clean for the rest of the day and try hard to track calories...
    Cow Pimp - If you don't train your legs you're a dumbfuck. I'm not going to elaborate on why. If it isn't obvious to you, then you deserve the marginal results that you get and hideously unbalanced/injury prone physique that you will build.
