    Help me out

    Basically i have started a new job in which i get 4 1/2 hour breaks equally spaced every 2-3 1/2 hours

    My question is can anyone recommend any meals i can eat with a sufficient amount of protein,complex carbs and veggies

    At the moment i am having 3 meals of stone cold chicken breast,sweet potato and broccoli and fancy a bit of a change

    I posted my diet in that thread. It has some examples.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...

    Offseason I only count protein and fats.

    As long as I meet my protein/healthy fat requirement, I just eat.

    Many will say its oversimplified, but it really has worked well for me, as well as add 7 lbs to my bodyweight within 2 weeks.
