    I've heard that

Since I'm a teenager ( 16 years old ) that I could practically eat anything and still grow..is this true?

I mean I wouldn't be eating anything I get my hands on, I'd try to eat healthy but instead of sticking to a set diet, which would be very hard for me at the moment, do you think its a good idea to just eat what I can instead of worrying about every calorie I ingest?

I'm assuming that this rumor is total bull but I'm just asking to verify that..

    thanks guys

if you are a teenager just focus on eating healthy foods. Unless you have a weight problem, I wouldn't stress about the amount of calories right now. You are young and need to grow. eat healthy and smart though. this is not an excuse to eat a bunch of shit.
