    Evopro

    1) Is there anywhere i can find a good and natural source of evopro, like in a certain kind of meat or something

    2) Also curious but does milk conain any creatine, and if yes how much per cup?

    EvoPro is a proprietary protein blend manufactured by CytoSport and included in MuscleMilk or sold on it's own as EvoPro protein powder.

    Did you mean something else? Were you referring to casein?

    Also milk contains some creatine but the foods richest in creatine are red meats, fish, and game meats (bison/buffalo, elk, etc.)

    Yep thats where i got the whole thing from. Is there any way to get natural Glutamine from any foods besides supplements?

    High protein food contains the most glutamine - meat and fish, dairy, beans/legumes, some nuts. Also cabbage and beets, although i think i read somewhere that cooking the vegetables destroys the glutamine in them (as well as some other nutrients).
