    milk for hypertrophy

Will drinking more milk a day increase hypertrophy faster? Ive read a little about the 20 rep squat and milk program giving great results so milk must be doing something good.

Ummm, you need to be in a caloric surplus to grow. If adding some milk into your diet will push your daily calories into a surplus, then hypertrophy is a possibility, as long as the proper stimulus through training has been applied.

    k?

There is no magic exercise or food that will "make hypertrophy faster". Just eat lots and train heavy! Read the stickies for chrissake!

I think milk is great for trying to gain mass. It has some protein, is calorie dense, has calcium, etc. I know Emma Leigh is very pro milk post workout.

Milk has creatine in it? If it does, I doubt it would be enough to take it as a "supplement."

If milk has creatine content in it would most likely be measured in mgs not grams.

I think milk is a great addition to a bulking diet assuming you are eating enough calories to gain weight in the first place.

the worst thing milk has going for it is that it tastes like shit unless on cereal or with chocolate in it.
