Two servings of peanut butter okay?

It seems like a lot of Omega 6, but I'm trying to gain some size, and I'm also studying for an exam tomorrow, so I figured to satisfy the munchies, instead of eating some junk, I grabbed some peanut butter. Good idea?

Do you have to mix the oil in that brand or is it mixed all the time by its self?

You can also add some Olive Oil to your shakes to get some added Cal's and good EFA's

Natural is still better. Natural PB is just peanuts and salt.

Smart balance isn't really natural. Well what I consider natural. As it has Palm and Flaxseed oil added, as well as molasses.

The nutrition label is exactly the same as other natural pbs... The only thing I didn't know was what kind of glycemic effect palm oil, flaxseed, molasses had. Otherwise, it looks healthier with the added efa's.
