best type of protein powder for replacement meals?

been off of lifting for a while.

i remember reading that drinking ON Pro Complex rather than the 100 whey is better for replacement meals.

is there something better than Pro Complex for replacement meals? I need something tasty. Price isn't too big of a factor.

I have a feeling most people will tell you casein is better than whey because it is slower digesting. However, if it is replacing a normal meal, I really don't think it matters as long as it fits your diet. Personally, I would not replace a meal with just whey protein. Why not make a shake in the blender? Perhaps some cottage cheese, milk, fruits, maybe some oats and natty-pb. You can add some whey if you need to.

I think whoever suggested ON Pro Complex over regular ON 100% whey did so because Pro Complex has more vitamins in it. But again, I don't think it matters.
