I recently started dieting, i went for around 233 to around 224-225 in like a week and a half. I also started on a new supplement, SUperpump250. The first day i was shiting my pants, not literally. But it was bad, i been cutting portions and doing low carb, and it seems to be taking a toll on my stomach. Will this go away sooner or later or continue like this, cause it seems to be stopping now, the diarrhea at least, but i get a variety of different colors in my poop lately. Can that be from salad?? cause i never used to eat it until now?? thxn for any help. i kno its kinda gross lol, but i didnt kno who to ask lol
i was leaning more towards the supp messing me up.
I dont have a strict diet at all, my lifestyle and job wont flow wit a strict diet. Basiclly all i do is eat less then usaully and healthier. Try and stay low with carbs and high on protiens. 3 meals a day, small breakfast, and light lunch. My dinner is always the same though, i get home at 8:30 and i grill 2 thin chicken breasts (on my george forman) and by 10:30 im sleeping.
Also i drink alot of gatorade all day long, like a gallon of it lol. no joke. There is carbs in gatorade but watever.
Your gut microbial population SUCKS ASS. You seriuously need to clued in on proper diet. You have been seriously deficient in natural dietary fiber and when you now shitty gut structure is hit with roughable, it has no fucking clue what to do with it.
Welcome to the land of gut dysfunction. Reap what you sow. I love it, salad to diet...like its a fucking diet supplement!
I bet your gut innards look smooth, which means your ability to retain and properly digest and bioconvert food is, well....in the toilet.

Actually, if it is intestinal disease, the causes are a bit subtle, but definitely, fiber, especially glucans in rice, oat barley and rye, but not wheat, are very important as gut conditioners and immune modulators.
These same compounds are in fresh vegetables, especially cruciferous veggies.
I think it's important to find out his history, supplement intake and diet before hand.
