I have been doing things correct to the "T". All my food ratios are correct. Exercising routine is correct, and yes I am losing fat, but I am losing fat everywhere except my stomach and sides. It's quite frustrating.
All my measurements are going down except the stomach area. It has stayed the same for almost 2.5 months now. I look funny. I am skinny everywhere but my stomach looks like it's bloating out like a 6 month pregnant lady.
What does a guy do to start eating into the fat of the stomach? I'm afraid if I lose more fat everywhere else, I'll look anorexic. I realize we cannot spot reduce, but there has got to be exercises and maybe special foods or pills to help dig into the edipose fat tissue of the stomach. I desperately want to see my abs someday soon.
Any ideas of enhancing the process of losing stomach fat?
Just continue with what you're doing because it sounds like you're making great progress. The fat on your stomach will follow suit eventually.
Yup there is nothing you can do about it but keep going. Fat will come off differently for everyone but eventually it will have to come off the areas you want as you get lower and lower body fat.
stressing about this kind of thing is the worst thing you can do - Be happy with your progress man, the body naturally stores fat at the stomach first, and loses it there last. It does this because it's the best place to be stored to maintain a good centre of gravity without impeding the movement of limbs and such, but yeah if you're still losing fat it will be gone eventually, of that i promise you. Keep up the hardwork!
