brown rice... yuk! but I do eat it.
i take it thats 3 cups? would you know how many grams is in a cup? i can`t seem to find out after searching!!
i used to hate brown rice too but i just boil it really slowly with shitloads of spices and vegatables!! after bout 3 hours its actually quite nice! believe it or not!![]()

I take it your math skills are sub par. If 3 cups = 150 grams, then if you divide that by 3 how many grams would you have. Lets check simple division.Originally Posted by the_leprechaun
