HOW...HOW ARE YOU GUYS EATING THIS?

It is so hard to eat this too without gagging. Ugh! But again, I had it plain, in the potatoe. So what do you add to it?

Have your cottage cheese with fruit, and put cinnamon in your sweet potatoes- no need for splenda or artifical sweetners they already have their natural sugars in them. I love both!

First off I can't eat the store bought crap. Get the brand called Horizon Cottage Cheese. I usually buy it from Railway Market, but they may sell it in the organic section at the store. It's 1000000000000000x better than that store shit that has yellow plasma in it.

It might be one of those things you have to get used to...

Cottage Cheese will be attempted again with fruit, but sweet potatoes...man.

What is good about sweet potatoes? Complex carbs?

These foods remind me of back in the day of slowly getting used to protein shakes. When I first started, I HAD to add maybe 1/4 cup of Hersheys chocolate syrup to every protein shake.

Yeah plain cottage cheese for me too, if i eat it it's a pre-bed meal, so i woudn't want to be mixing it with any kind of carb really (i'm pretty serious about my macros and when i eat them). Yeah you'll get use to it, or not... I know i did and as a meal i think it's worth it.

Yeah my last meal is normally cottage cheese, a few almonds, some flax / fish oil, vit c, and Zn2+ tab.

I prefer yams as well. I steam them and then add sea salt, fresh ground pepper, cardamom and drissle a little extra virgin olive oil on top.
