I'm about 6 foot tall and weighing from 208 - 210 with 21% bodyfat right now...I've cut down from 220 and 25 or so % bodyfat in the last 2 months or so. THis is my revamped cutting diet.
6oz chicken breast + 1cup cooked brown rice + 1 cup green veg..
T - 370cal, (45p, 4f, 35c)
Meal 4
1 can tuna (in oil) drained + 1 tbs fat free mayo + 15 whole wheat triscuits
T - 415cal, (44p, 17f, 24c)
Meal 5
6oz chicken breast + 1cup cooked brown rice + 1 cup green veg..
T - 370cal, (45p, 4f, 35c)
1915cal, (200p, 58f, 145c)
I take falx oil caps with meals 1,2, and 3, and that's it for supps right now. Add 2 cups of veggies and it ends up about 2000 cals a day...plus a powerade or juice after workouts so about 2200calories.. My breakdown should be about..
2200cal, 220g protien, 48g fats, 220g carbs...
I think I did an ok job on this diet, I'm over on the fats, under on the protien and way under on carbs.....
I am doing a split that looks something like this...
sun- off
mon- lower-20 min cardio
tues- upper-20 min cardio
wed-30-45 min cardio
thurs-lower-20 min cardio
fri-upper-20 min cardio
sat-45 min cardio
I do my cardio at like 60- 70 % intenstity abs m,w,f and back on lower days...
Any suggestions or critiques very welcome..

For legitimiate help, you need to state your height, weight, and age - body fat won't hurt either. Remember that what is a cut for some people could be considered a bulk for others, and vice versa.
Other than that, I would say it looks pretty damn good, but I think you might want to cut carbs off the last meal. By the way, what cardio are you doing alongside your diet?

Cals are really low considering your bodyweight... you are leaving no room for adjustment as you begin to stall in progress.
Other then your Brown Rice, your carb sources are garbage. Triscuits?
Too much fat not enough Protein and crap carbs in Meal two
Not enough EFA's
And not nearly enough veggies. What kind of veggies are you eating.
Just some things I noticed.
Yeah, meal two does suck, all the fat is from the almonds, so it's good fat... maybe I should take off half the almonds and add in a dif protien source?? Like Tuna again or chicken again?
I have broccoli and green beans for the most part...salad every once in awhile...about 2 cups of veggies or more a day..
Do you think eating whole wheat bread would be better than the trisciuts? I have people tellling me different things, I guess the sodium in them is too high?
no the almonds are fine in meal two. I would just half the amount pretty much. But that shake is garbage. Chicken and some Sweet potato and some almonds would be ok, of course with some veggies(fibrous Veggies)
I would drop the wheat crisps. Easiest way to up some calories would be to add some Carbs and fats. I think your protein intake is decent. Add some EFA's whether Fish oil or Flax.

ok, that sounds good...
I take the flax caps at meals 1,2,3 if I added fish caps..that should be good on EFA's right?
