weight gainer
For all of you who are looking for a decent tasting weight gainer shake you should try 2 scoops whey protein, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 1 cup of yogurt. Note: I used milk instead of water. It tastes pretty good, and its alot cheaper than a weight gainer.

That brings up a good question....least I think it's a good question. I've always heard that in a meal a good amount of protein is 30-40gs, and anymore than that is too much, like your body can't really do anything with all that protein. Is this true at all? If it is true, does this figure increase as a person increases in size? Cuz for me getting close to 200lbs now, it's getting increasingly difficult to get in 200gs or protein with only 30gs or so each meal...@6 meals that's only 180g |

I like to shoot for 1.2-1.5g protein per pund of BW. Divide that over your 4-6 meals and you got it.

Dang man, your grandparents must hate you... You're eaten them out of house and home! That's a lot, but man it sounds good... I'll have to try it.I think weight gain powders are highly overlooked. I always kept it simple, just milk, peanut butter, and a banana... ![]() |
