I have my PW meal asap. As soon as I get home from the gym (about 5 - 8 mins).

Creatine Ethyl Ester immediately, PWO shake 20 minutes or so later, then eat around an hour and a half later.

I eat my PWO shake about 10-15 mins after working out, then eat a meal 45-60 mins later.

Usually grab the breakfast protein shake immediatly after I finish up my morning cardio. If not then, 20 minutes later when I get out of the shower. Then a real meal about 2.5 hours later and on with the day.

Spike your insulin immediately after a workout, then 10 minutes later consume whey + CEE.

No, you need to spike insulin with fast carbs, give yourself 10 minutes to have insulin in your bloodstream, then drink whey... Then eat again when your hungry not exactly 1 1/2 horus.

You don't need to use High GI carbs PWO. Personally I use oats. Try what works best for you. Some people can use a higher GI PWO, and some people may not like the results.

Ive been reading up on PWO. And I read this article on 'Optimum Nutrition Timimg' and I now do as it said. PWO shake immediately after: Whey+simple sugar(very high gi) example 35g protein, 70g dex. 30mins later medium-high carb n lean protein, example white rice and chicken - 30g protein and 60g carb. 1hr later medium-low g.i carb and lean protein plus a small amount of efa. E.g. Whey, Sweet potato, olive oil.

You have a 2 hour window of oppurtunity after a productive Resistance WO. Make the most of it, If you are young and are trying to bulk up i would most definately reccommend it ive tried it 3 time now and after the third meal i must admit I feel quite full but I don't seemed to have gained any or much fat and my weight is still slowly climbing.

Give it a try and enjoy the results
