Burn the Fat, Feed the muscle.

I'm just curious...Has anyone here purchased this e-book?? If so, was it worth it, and does it contain anything special in it...jw.

I bought it and thought it was a great book. Highly recommended. If nothing else it will make you a quasi-expert on nutrition and general training ideas.

I have not read this book.

But, in general, books are good. I have never read a book that did not enhance my knowledge in someway, even if the book was garbage. there is always something to take away from reading a book.

I'm also still learning patience and no cheating...I need to stick to one plan for a while to see if it really does work...

I am really starting to enjoy incorporating all of these facets of bodybuilding though.. I love it...

I have read it twice and I constantly refer to it. The appendices have great reference material that I stick to my fridge.

I can PM you the table of contents if you wish.
