    Egg whites that i buy

I'm soo confused...I buy Papetti 100% Egg Whites the only ingredient is egg whites, but yet they have 1g carb per 30 cal serving. I don't get it. I never really cared but as I progress I get more and more anal. I have 10-12 servings of these a day, so an extra 10-12g carbs from egg whites. Is this ok? I'm doing a show in a few weeks, so I want to get as perfecto as can be.

I don't get how they have 1g carb, if its just egg whites? Real Eggs have 0g carbs...

Can anyone help me out? BTW the price of this isnt bad since I buy them in bulk, its only a tad bit more then buying the regular eggs.

Real eggs register as 0 carbs per egg, but 30 cal = approximately 2 egg whites. Egg whites are 1.15% carbohydrate per egg white. Thus, 2 egg whites = 1 carb. At least if I recalled the 1.15% number accurately.

a)Probably Rounded up the number to one

    b) stop being so anal. eating shouldn't be a hard thing to do. 12 carbs will have zero impact.
