    On a different note, I am seeing references to "steriods"...Anabolic...."Growth Homemones".... I hate to sound ignorant, again...But arent steriods illegal?

    Hey like they said diet is the most important at this point make sure you are eating brkfast, and trying to pack in healthy calories, also try http://www.allthewhey.com/WeightGainer/weightgainer.htm give me a call and I'll answer any more questions that you may have

    Any tips for a slow weigh gainer?

    How bad is coffee in this whole scheme?... Is it bad enough to keep weight off?

    coffee is fine. But you need to be worrying about your diet. Work on your food, and more then likely you will see results. The fact that you don't know what you eat on daily basis, makes me realize that you probably aren't consuming enough calories.

    Start keeping track of your calories and macros for the next few weeks.

    I'm not exactly sure what mega mass is but you can compare the nutritionals, but he is right your diet is most important weight gainer is just a supplement no pun intended to a healthy diet and exercise

    Mega mass is basically a shake with 3000 calories+ depending on what you buy. Like I said in one of my earlier posts, I am putting together a better diet now, I think i understand protein, but since calories are not all the same, i need to figure out what good positive foods have what calories. I dont even know what a macro is. Saturated fat is bad, I read the 10 things you must know to gain mass.... and picked up a few things. I guess its the whole "diet" thing I am having trouble with. Is there a list of acceptable foods somewhere??...
