    Oatmeal w/pollander's all-fruit while cutting

Currently on a cut, 5'9, 156.4 (on nearly empty stomach, first waking up)
trying to get rid of the last few stragglers of body fat..

I'm going to try to cut out dairy completely (cereals) and replace them with oatmeal..however for taste, sugar is out and splenda..not sure about it.

Would like to know if oatmeal mixed with all-fruit is 'proper'? Can I have it?

Jesus how can the young be 5'9' and a buck 50 and be fat. Man I'd be on a clean bulk and adding mass with little to no B/F.

Try adding 3" to your chest and 1" to your arms and see if your waist doesn't look smaller.
