Is this shake a good idea?
Will making a shake with gatorade and protein be a good idea to have right after the gym? Then by the time I drive home and make another shake it is 30 minutes. The second shake has banana oats and whey and milk. I was gonna make each shake a half serving. Is this a good idea? How can it be improved?

Use Powdered gatorade.
And I would eat a proper meal after that.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
