I have an imitation George Foreman Grill...same type product but made by a different company. We love it and use it all the time to make chicken. I've also used it for salmon. It just doesn't get much easier than using one of those....and so much less time then the oven! I agree with you, Frank...they totally kick ass!

I also have an imitation GF grill. It does a great job, and is especially good grilling veggies--not just meat.
Lift heavy. Eat well. Rest. Repeat as necessary.

I just bought the biggest one they make and it's awesome. I cook 7-10 pieces of chicken or beef at a time. It's a great way to cook enough food for a couple days.

i have a hamilton beach and like it even better. it has a timer (i think only a few of the forman grills do). the drip tray slides in and out instead of sitting on the counter in front and you can remove the cooking surface to clean them. i'd be lost without it - use it every single day!

The George kicks ass. We made burgers on it last night (quick meal after our post-work mountain bike ride). Cleanup sucks, but it's worth the convenience of cooking chicken in a fraction of the time.

I love my foreman grill. You taste the marinade better in the steak and chicken better than the outdoor grill.
