    Yaaay! 5'9 155 95% of my goal achieved!!

    This website..and the BFFM thing from Venuto I have to give thanks to..so many helpful members here giving good information..

    I was such a bloated, disgusting slob with a disgusting body Jan 06...5'9 205..probably 25% body fat....that's all gone now...i now proudly go the beach in speedos/trunks..i wear wife beaters out in public no problem...the ladies certainly enjoy it...just happy to be happy with myself finally..

    I'm 5'10" and gettin close to 200.....but definitely not fat and disgusting lol.....good job on losin that 50lbs that's awesome....you have any before/after pics?? Preferably not in speedos....

    Now i'm down to 153.2(today, 8.26.06)...since it was a slow proper loss, it had to be all fat..
