    Clean bulk, I would still eat chicken if I was cutting just without mayo

    1/4 cup lime juice, 1/4 cup terriaky sauce, 1/4 cup water
    marinade

    put olive oil in pan and cook chicken
    200lbs @ 5'11 3/4"
    Bench - 170lbs x 2, Conventional Deadlift - 360lbs x 1, ATG Squat - 250lbs x 2
